invites, etiquette and common sense
I want to take my turn for the little Rant on Sunday.
Today our group had to wait again a long time for somebody who put himself down as "definite" and then didn't turn up without any notice. This may be the norm for their meet-up groups, but it is actually very rude and selfish.
Also, dog owners should really consider before a walk whether or not it is suitable for their pooch. Hint: if the invite mentions "strenuous" and "scrambles" it may not be a good idea.
In both cases, the whole group is affected, which I don't find fair.

Hi Phil, for the definitive bloke from the last walk you better ask Chrissy as organiser, she considered to write to him. I wrote to the definitive woman who didn't turn up at my walk and didn't get any reply whatsoever.
Hello Mike, have any apologies been received since the walk ?
