Thanks Derek for an excellent walk (apart from the fieldy bit at the start😋)
Fabulous views from the high points, lovely lunch/coffee stop by the river, plenty of wild flowers (and nettles)... and much better than expected weather!😀

Thanks for your kind words, I'm glad you enjoyed the walk. But, we may have to visit a more down market cafe next time, what with Jo spilling nearly a whole jug of milk on the floor, and Kate telling a rather salty joke about my favorite Norse God!!!!! 🤔
Luckily, the fellas were better behaved!!!! Here's to the next action packed weekly wander!!! If you haven't been on one yet, you seriously need to re evaluate your work ethics!!!!! 😀

What a fantastic day, thank you Derek. What a leader, not only providing a coffee shop stop twice but 3 lots of proper loos and a detour to Thors cave along with an interesting historical commentary.... I'm still sore... 😋😋 Great company as ever x

Thanks Derek for arranging and leading the walk. Found it hard going in parts but enjoyable all the same. Lovely company as always and weren't we lucky with the weather. I had torrential rain and flooding on the road on the way back to Manchester.
