💬 Private message notifications are fixed!
Jesse - Site AdminA quick heads-up about private messages on Outdoor Duo.
We spotted an issue where some members were receiving email notifications when they got a new private message, while others weren't. So if you've sent someone a message and not heard back, there's a chance they simply didn't know it was there!
This has now been fixed, so when you send someone a private chat, they should receive an email letting them know there's a message waiting in their Outdoor Duo inbox.
Notifications are set to instant by default. If you'd prefer to change how often you receive them, you can do that here:

Scroll down to Your Chat Messages and choose the frequency that suits you.
A big thank you to everyone who spotted the issue and let us know. It really does help us find these little gremlins and get them sorted.

I use my iPhone and iPad to access the site. I don’t appear to be able to delete profile pictures. Only change them. I am sure I used to be able to delete them.
Hi Jacqui, thanks for flagging this. You’re right, it looks like there currently isn’t an option to delete a profile picture, only change it.
I’ve asked the tech team to have a look and get that sorted. In the meantime, if there’s a particular photo you’d like removed, just let me know and I can remove it from our end for you 😊
