Walking weekend

I am still hoping to get some more interest in walking in Suffolk, but meanwhile I wonder if there would be more interest in a YHA walking weekend in the Peak District or the Dales. I have enjoyed staying at both Hartington Hall and Hawes YHA and I am looking to book something for the weekend of my birthday 22nd/23rd November

I have signed up for the Pen Y Ghent walk over my birthday weekend as there wasn't much interest on this thread. It looks like something may happen in the New Year though

David O, both of those YHAs are fab and when I joined OD initially 10 years ago, there were regular OD walks up and around there…always well attended. What laughs we had ..
It’s possibly something that can be done again from the Spring next year?
I’m hoping to try and get in touch with some of the original OD lot to see about a re-union. Those areas would be perfect , as they are fairly central for those that i knew used to go. Let’s cross fingers that we can work something out.

I love both the Peaks and the Dales, but both are far enough from home that I would need to take at least one day off for travelling, and I have used all of this year's annual leave.
