Yes Jo great few days, cant wait to see the pictures of the views of the High Street, thought we where not going to mention the map reading and the kind farmer who gave us a lift, still laughing about it now<img src='theme/emoticon_smile.png' />

We plan do do the walk on Saturday starting at Pooley Bridge and then taking the High Street back to Patterdale (can you read a map) only joking I never get lost<img src='theme/emoticon_surprised.png' />)

Had a really good couple of days, great map readers, company and laughs. Bet we are the only ones who have cadged a lift from poor farmer. x

Hope to get to Patterdale quite early on 14th and do a short walk, High Street 15th then maybe a little shopping on the 16th in Ambleside

Are you booking the 14th for the evening meet up and doing 1 day walking.
