The summit of Cosh, wonderfully remote and views of all three peaks.

I have never seen his legs......but could that be helvellyn40, by any chance?
Usually he's fighting growing grass at this time of year....but perhaps this year is different?😋

TrotOn: This year is different,no growing grass to fight.
I don't usually wear shorts for walking, but if you cast your mind back to our encounter with lighting on ST Sunday Crag i was in shorts there.

Linda, thanks for this great walk, wonderful location where few venture. Glad we cut the walk short due to the heat, would have been a slog back over the moors from Beckermonds.

Helvellyn40: Ah....I remember the day so well...lucky we are both still alive!!
No concern from the leader though....now who was it again? 🤔🤔🤔
Lovely long lunch break and plenty of tea....then "suddenly" the clouds we could see slowly creeping up on us....delivered their threat.....the group disintegrated, fell over or received an electrical shock 🤔🤔🤔

Who was that Leader? 🤔🤔🤔😈😈😈

TrotOn: Could that have been Steven by any chance?

HHelvellyn40   on 10/07/18 @ 21:35

Helvellyn40: Surely not? My memory is shady....Stephen does drink copious quantities of tea...and loves a long lunch stop. But against...Stephen is well in tune with the weather changes and surely the Leader would have read the BLACK sky approaching?
My memory is so hazy!
Was it you Stephen? Was it Island Guy lucky to escape electrocution? 🤔🤔🤔 😋
