Peak District - Quiet Contemplation on the Edale Valley Circuit

I have one entry this year. Dedicated to a very special OD member. This man has been responsible for bringing so many of us together for friendship and more. I just feel this image does him justice in so many ways. Thanks Glyn. You are a very special person.

So glad you entered this Ian/John and for your comments. Glyn has indeed been responsible for bringing so many of us together in friendship and for enabling us to enjoy all parts of the Peak District.

Head for the Hills: Thanks June. It was a beautiful day and I got some great shots, but this one was something of a suprise to me when i reviewed it, I do feel though it kind of tells it's own story. My first OD walk was with Glyn in 2016 and he was so kind and welcoming that I thought this may be a nice tribute to him and the hard work he does behind the scenes

Walking is a massive part of Glyn's life and this picture is a perfect tribute to him, the great friend that he is to everyone and the friendships he has enabled. Well done Ian x
