Great site, for finding outdoor people, have met my soulmate, thank you

Hi, It's a great site and works well I have met someone indirectly as a result Cheers

I had email conversations with a few guys and all seemed lovely. I met up with someone from the site and have started seeing him and am very hopeful that I won't be needing Outdoor Duo again!

Found someone fab on Outdoor Duo!!Best £5 I’ve ever spent

Great site. Met someone very special. Thanks for your help.

Nice to see a parkrun invite. The walk sounds good as well. Will be in the area but already booked in to do something else. Any other parkrunners out there?

Further info:- The hike will be a leisurely 8 miles with an elevation climb of 400m (from 200m town level to 600m on Bleaklow).

Obi this is a really cool invite. I can't make it on this occasion but I like the formula and will keep an eye out for future invites

Organiser Feedback: Yesterday’s event was a success, and good fun, although the OD turnout was rather higher in quality than quantity . Waterproofs and several changes of clothes proved to be the order of the day. Post-parkrun brekkie became brunch as the rain fell outside, and the afternoon 8 mile hike was shortened to 6 miles when we got hit by a hail squall and descending clag at 600m on Higher Shelf (edge of Bleaklow). Thanks to those of you commenting above for your interest. I look forward to the #2 event in October / November. A little birdie tells me one of you is already planning this for another exciting combo-location! Cheers

I may post a similar event but not until the Spring I think when the weather and the light is more favourable
