If they are dropping into your spam then at info@outdoorduo.co.uk to your "whitelist". This is the opposite of a blacklist where you add people you DO want emails always accepted from. Try right clicking the email address in your email programme and selecting "Add to my white list" or "Always accept emails from this person" or something similar, maybe select an option from a another menu such as "edit whitelist".
