I'am not sure this is a problem with this site, are you having the same issue with other sites. I remember a while ago i was having this issue of privacy error with several sites including my email, some how it resolved itself.

I am not sure what the problem is. I suggest you try using another web browser.
Also you could contact site admin.

Pebbles(Bea): I think it is the devise and or the web browser as Roland mentioned above.

HHelvellyn40   on 05/04/17 @ 21:14

Helvellyn40: I'm not having any problems at all with any other websites etc...just this one. I will try logging in using my daughters Mac and see what happens then.
Thanks for the replies folks 🙂

It has taken me numerous attempts to post this comment! Grrrr!🤔

I have found that using Google Chrome browser that I too get the message:
"Your Connection is not Private, Attackers might be trying to steal your information from www.outdoorduo.co.uk (for example passwords, messages or credit card details)"
Looking at Outdoor Duo site using Mozilla Firefox browser and Microsoft browser is OK.
I will contact site admin.

Roland_C: Yes, I use Google Chrome but I have done for a long time! I've never had these issues before. A friend of mine, who is also having the same issues, does too!
Surely we can't be the only ones 🤔

I'm still struggling to post, so I'd appreciate it if you could contact site admin on my behalf...thanks🙂

Im having the same trouble Tracy...so annoying...cant stay on the site long enough to read everything...just keeps saying ..Privacy Error....Not happy...and need help...!!x

JiJill18   on 06/04/17 @ 22:18

Hi All. If you get the "Privacy Error" its because I have changed the privacy certificate provider. Press F5 or the "refresh browser" button to ensure the latest certificate is downloaded. Hopefully that'll fix it.

Site Admin   on 07/04/17 @ 8:50

Site Admin: Pressed F5 and refreshed browser without success. Unless I'm doing something wrong? When/where should we press F5?

MTMiss T   on 07/04/17 @ 9:20

I have used Google Chrome to view www.outdoorduo.co.uk and can view the web site but there is a message Not secure before the web address and https is crossed out. This does not change if I press F5 or click on page refresh.
Mozilla Firefox also says the web site is not secure.

RCRoland_C   on 07/04/17 @ 12:50

It is ok when i switch to internet explorer

lalandranger68   on 08/04/17 @ 9:26

Still having problems....is anyone else..??

JiJill18   on 09/04/17 @ 12:07

I've just started getting the 'privacy error' with Google Chrome. It also wouldn't accept my posts. I've had to start up another search engine that was sitting on my computer to get on.

IJIndiana Jane   on 09/04/17 @ 20:40

This is clearly a Chrome problem. For now click the "Continue to Outdoorduo (unsafe)" link for now. Your comms will still be encrypted from browser to website, you'll just get the Google scary message. I am dealing with the support guys to resolve this issue.

Now fixed. If you're still having problems try F5 again, and then close and re-open the browser.
