Winter lover on 23/11/16 @ 10:14womble: hi Penny, I had fermented shark when in Iceland and never went back for a second helping. Try Kimchi if you have not already and easy to make.
on 23/11/16 @ 15:05womble: the shark was good compared to Swedish surstromming. I am sure the Korean kimchi ingredients could be adapted to include foraged items.
