This has been a great group for friendships and great outdoor experiences as well as for dating. I now have a life partner, and have recommended OD to others who've joined. My heartfelt thanks to you! xx

The generosity, kindness and friendship that spiralled throughout reminded me of what I've been missing as I revelled in my first OD event for a while! Turning up with nowt but the hope of a sunny walk and a pub meal, I was quickly equipped for overnight camping. Richard's tent and sleeping bag, John's mattress, Jacqui's chair and bacon butties, June's tea, Maz's shower gel, Phil's whitebait and Tony's directions were massively appreciated as were everyone's good humour. The Ragleth meal was enlivened by gossip of impending nups, tent partition evasion and reminiscences of Richard and Judy's undulating, slide-inducing walk. So thanks all, especially R and J for leading us so beautifully! XJ

Thanks June and Richard for hosting and all of you for your lovely company. I had two very enjoyable days and my thighs ache this morning! Sorry I missed saying goodbye to some of you, I𠆝 popped back to the car to dump Tizzie and ruckie before refilling water bottles for the journey to Middlesex.
Look forward to the next opportunity to enjoy your company x

An excellent introduction to walking in this area. The promised 400m of ascent for day 1 was exceeded so we refuelled in the pub twice over before collapsing ready for the next day. Thanks to HPM for my morning tea, Richard and June for the walks, David for the shelter from the shower on Friday and Phil for discovering the ice cream! Lovely campsite, great company and lots of good, clean fun as always.

Thank you to everyone for coming to Shropshire and making it an event Richard and I really enjoyed sharing with folks from near and far. I'm sorry the untimely shower (the only one for weeks!) stopped people from saying proper goodbyes, but we'd be happy to do something similar next year, if anyone's interested. Probably same campsite (can't believe I'm saying this!), different walks but definitely same weather. Thank you all

June and Richard: Loved being part of the Thursday Thrash....brilliant walk, lovely company, good weather and such amazing views! Disappointed I couldn’t be there for Friday (although by the sounds of it a managed to miss a heavy shower) but so pleased to see this may become an annual event? X
